Why Are There So
Few Workers Today ?
If Every Proclaimed Christian would do what Jesus
Commanded of them —The World would be loving one another –but
Their love for material things is greater.
Many Surveys have Concluded that Most all Independently Named Christian Churches have Actually,
Purposely,--Hindered the Harvest Work---How ? Many Preachers down through the ages have ask their
Congregational members this----Let us (meaning all members of the Church ) go forth and imitate the
Apostles and the first Disciples (See Definition Below)as to what Jesus Commanded of us and go make disciples (See Acts 5:42 ,
-Acts 20:20 below) teaching them to observe ((Matt 28:19 28:20) all that I Have commanded You.
What Has Been The Resolve of the Congregational Members? First they discuss it amongst themselves-
Second They Pick a Spokesman to Petition the Church Administrators to tell the Preacher that –
That is his Job and Whoever He can Hire to get this work done---Listen up Preacher --We donate money that
Pays You and Your Missionaries ---and if you don’t like that arrangement you can find another Church that
Might be Willing to do what you have Suggested—but we are not going to become students and then go Teach people what
We are Paying You to do---and that is Final---If you don’t like it –hit the Road. The Preacher is now left to Preach only what they
Want to Here or Loss His Job. What they want to here is whatever is
easiest for them—It’s called the easiest path of
resistance—Preaching—
To appease the audience. So the
people can get on about pursuing material wealth –that’s what they think brings
them true security.
Here’s what they don’t Want to here--(CEV) Contemporary English Version
Bible- 2 Tim 4-3 The time is coming when people won't listen
to good teaching. Instead, they will look for teachers who will please
them by telling them only what they are itching to hear. (KJV) For the
time will come when they will
not endure sound doctrine; but after their own
lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
